We understand the stress and difficulties some of our patients might go thru once they are discharged home. We provide assistance and counseling to patient's regarding community resources, financial options and transportation services, thus improving the psychosocial well being of the patient and their families. Medical social services is just one of the additional services that we have available to enhance our patients life once at home.

HOME HEALTH AIDE

HHA assists patients in checking temperature, pulse, and respiration rates Assisting with prescribed exercises

Helping to move patients in and out of bed, chairs, baths, wheelchairs, and autos

Providing psychological and emotional support

Reading aloud to, or conversing with patients (for mental health maintenance)

Purchasing and preparing meals (at times following a prescribed diet)

Dressing, grooming, personal hygiene
