We are very much aware of the need for follow up speech therapy in the home setting. Once the patient has been discharged from the hospital/rehab facility, it is imperative that speech therapy continue at home. SLP (Speech Language Pathologist) on staff will work with our patients and families with restoration and/or recovery of communication skills to maximize quality of life. On the other hand, with orders from the Primary Care Physician (PCP), we are also able to start Speech therapy as a primary service.
